Kent B. Brown holds an MBA and has over fourteen years experience in successfully managing businesses. His expertise in business operations includes hiring, training, developing managers and staff, budgeting, financial statements, sales, marketing, customer service, and creating policies and procedures manuals.

As a regional manager in the food service industry, Kent managed twelve restaurants, including twenty-four salaried managers and 200 hourly employees. His units ranked number one in food cost and profit for the region, and he was successful in many new store openings.

As a general manager and franchise director in the building services industry, Kent managed the operation to show a profit in his first year, with the highest franchise sales in company history at the time. He was successful in maintaining franchisee and property manager relations, including dispute resolution. Kent developed and implemented company policies and procedures for efficient and effective operations.

As the owner of 3D Financial, Inc., Kent has worked and consulted with small business owners in various industries including: construction, real estate, financial, internet marketing, website development, engineering, product-based, etc.

Kent helps managers and owners become more efficient with their business processes and systems, in order to make their businesses more profitable. Kent takes a hands-on approach by meeting with clients in their offices, and at their convenience. He analyzes each client's needs, creates a plan for the business to be successful, and then helps carry out the plan.

Kent also loves to teach, and is an Adjunct faculty member at Dixie State College School of Business.
